Bifern is an awesome tour guide! She was very responsive communicating before I arrived and once I was there but was able to create the best itinerary. She took me to her home region where I was able to immerse myself real local Thai culture and I was the only westerner at an intriguing festival of rocket fire (Bun Bang Fai)! Pim did a great job for me by organizing a 3-day trip in Bangkok and Hua Hin taking into account my preferences. Communication was very smooth both before and during the trip. I learned a lot about Thai culture and even some Thai (555). She was willing to make the effort to do some hiking together to some amazing national parks. But also, we had some relaxing moments on the Beach and where lucky to be able the visit the Beach festival in the evening. I would highly recommend PIm as guide in Bangkok or surroundings.

Vanna made me feel like home when I was in Bangkok for 6 days. She was quick to put together the schedule for the days and make necessary changes to the schedule as necessary to maximize time to visit the important places in Bangkok as well as in Pattaya. Vanna is knowledgeable and I am happy that I could connect with her during my visit to Thailand.
